1.FOUNTATIONS & CONCRETE STRUCTURE

Reinforce concrete (based on seismic design). High yield steel reinforcement will be used as per European standards.
 
2.WALLS – PLASTERING
28cm & 10cm thick brick walls in accordance with the architectural plans.  Three (3) coats of rendering will be applied on internal surfaces and two (3) coats on external surfaces (ready to receive paint for external use.
 
3.FINISHES
3.1.Floors (average price)

The clients can choose the type and colours from a large selection provided from our supplier.
 
3.2.Walls
  • External surfaces shall have 3 coats of plaster and 2 coats of Santex paint for exterior use. Part of external walls shall be decorated as shown on drawings.                                                                          
3.3. Ceilings   
  • All ceilings are of fair faced concrete treated with two (2) coats of spatula and three (3) coats of emulsion paint.
 
4.INSULATIONS
  • All flat roofs and verandas will be insulated using bitumen reinforced polyester membrane with polystyrene for heat insulations. For Brick external walls klimalite bricks will be used of thickness 28 cm with thermosouvas. For beams and columns that are exposed polystyrene will be used of 3cm thickness in addition of an extra layer of thermosouva. (Specifications are included)
5.DOORS AND WINDOWS
  • Entrance door of hardwood frame and solid wood leaf.
  • All internal doors will be made of MDF, finished with oak or beach veneer
  • External Doors will be made of aluminium and windows will be double-glazed for thermal and noise insulation.
 
6.WARDROBES AND KITCHEN CUPBOARDS 
  • From our suppliers see spec. 
 
7.SANITARY WARE AND MIXERS
  • Imported high quality sanitary ware will be installed with all the accessories
 
8.WATER SUPPLY
  • 200 litres boiler
  • 1500 litres water tank
  • Pressure system
  • Filter will be used for drinking water for each apartment: Reverse Omosis technology with UV lamb for killing all the pathogens in the water.
  • Filter will be used for the water supply of the building
  • Solar selective panels two (2) for each apartment

 

9.Drainage
  • PVC pipes will be used for drainage system which will be connected to the central sewage system.
 
10.Electrical Installation
  • The entrance door will be controlled with interphone
  • TV points will be provided in the living area and all bedrooms
  • Switches with safety fuses or dipolar switches with light indicators will be installed for all kitchen appliances in accordance with the Electricity Authority’s regulations.
  • Telephone lines will be installed, with telephone sockets in the living room and all bedrooms
  • Provision for wireless security system
 
11.HEATING-COOLING
  • A new high sophisticate and efficient system will be installed in all apartments providing cool air through wall mounted units and heating through water pipes that will be installed under floor (see spec. and drawings)
